Kim Kardashian started out merely known as the daughter of Robert Kardashian, the famous attorney who represented OJ Simpson in the murder
trial of NIcole Simpson. Kim later became pals with Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton. Since then, Kim has posed for “Playboy” magazine and even stars in her hit reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”. Many fashion magazines and fashion television shows rave about Kim’s impeccable makeup
Instructions
1
Prep your skin. Before you begin creating the Kim K. look, it is essential that you cleanse your face. Once you have washed your face, apply your favorite toner. Finish up with moisturizer.
.
2

Apply primer. Once you have allowed your moisturizer to absorb into your skin for at least 10 minutes, it’s time to apply primer. Dab primer onto your forehead and cheeks. Gently rub the primer into your skin.
.
3
Apply foundation. Once your skin is cleansed and primed, it’s time to apply foundation. Choose a medium to full coverage foundation. Kim Kardashian uses Make Up Forever’s High Definition Foundation. Apply the foundation using your fingers, a damp makeup sponge or a makeup brush. Once your foundation is complete, apply concealer to areas that need a little extra coverage. Set your makeup with face powder.
.
4

Create the smokey eye. Apply an eyeshadow base to your lids. Choose two eyeshadows to create your smokey eyes--a medium shade for your lid and a darker shade for the crease of your eye. Apply the medium shade as a wash on your lid and use the darker shade to contour your eyes. Once the eyeshadow is finished, line your eyes with eyeliner. Smudge the eyeliner with a smudge brush and reapply another coat of eyeliner. Follow up with several coats of mascara.
.
5
Give your skin a flush. Apply a bronzer to your face to give your skin a sun-kissed glow. Make sure to choose a bronzer that works for your skin tone. Once your skin is bronzed, apply blush to the apples of your cheeks.
6

Put lipstick on. Kim K. often sports a pink nude lip look. She uses MAC lipstick in Angel and Nars lip gloss in Turkish Delight. You can use these shades or choose different ones in similar color schemes. Line your lips with a flesh colored lip liner. Lightly apply your lipstick and follow it up with a coat of lip gloss.

Lipstick provides the final touch to your makeup; without it no look is complete. For a perfect result, you will need a steady hand, some practice, the correct implementats and a knowledge of the correcting techniques.
What You Would Need?
A narrow, flat ended brush, a selection of finely sharpened lip pencils, lipgloss andlipstick(either the conventional tube lipstick or the cream type with a sponge-tip applicator. If your lip colour is uneven, then you will need a special lip base or balancer-use a lighter tone on the dark areas and a dark tone on the light areas. These balancers also form a base for lipstick and help to keep the colour of the lipstick pure and clear.
Lip Makeup Application Technique:
1.Outlining With Lip Liner:
Before outlining the lips check that your lips are smooth and grease free.Use a sharp lip liner pencil in a shade close to that of your lipstick colour and with a steady hand, lightly outline the lips. For the upper lip, start at the centre and work out, towards the corner of the mouth. For the lower lip, work from side to side.
2.Priming The Lips With A Lip Balancer:
Fill in the lips with a special base or balancer to even out the skin tones. If your lips are of an even colour, use a face powder as a base.
3.Filling Up With Lipstick:
Using a lip brush, fill in the colour. For the upper lip start at the center and work outwards. On the lower lip work from side to side.Don't pile up too much colour. It is much easier to add more later than to remove any excess.
4.Blotting Off:
Fold a clean tissue and place it between your lips.Press the lips lightly together to remove the excess colour and to help seal the remainder, so that it stays on the lips rather than moving onto every glass you use.
5.Final Lip Gloss Application:
Finally finish with a lip gloss to get a gleaming look. However, women with extra-full lips, should use lip gloss very sparingly.
Shaping Up Your Lips:
Through a knowledge of what you can do to correct lip shape you can truly achieve a perfect finish to your face.Study the shape of your lips, identify the defects, if any, and decide on what you want to achieve and then proceed.
1.Small Mouth With Small Lips:
These are easily corrected by taking the lip liner pencil outside the natural lip line.Work slowly and steadily to form a perfect shape.Fill in with primer and finally with the lipstick.A highlight of frosting on the upper lip would also create an impression of fullness.
2.Large Mouth With Full Lips:
Apply liquid foundation makeup to the entire mouth, then outline with a dark shade of lipstick just inside the natural contours of the mouth. Then aply lipstick of a lighter shade carefully and accurately within this outline.Subdued shades work well for this kind of mouth.Use medium toned lip colours and avoid dark browns, plums, electric brights or pale shimmer shades.
3.Full Upper Lip:
Apply fluid foundation makeup to the upper lip.Outline just inside its natural contour and apply a dark shade of lipstick. Then outline the lower lip just outside its natural contour and emphasize by filling in with a lighter shade of lipstick.
4.Full Lower Lip:
Outline upper lip just outside its natural contour.Apply a light shade of lipstick and in the center add a touch of lip gloss.Apply fluid foundation makeup to the lower lip. Outline just inside its natural contour. Then fill in with a darker shade of lipstick, using a lip brush.
5.Wide Mouth:
Cover the corners of the mouth with foundation makeup or a cover stick.Apply lipstick with a lip brush, stopping a few millimeters before the corners of the mouth are reached.
Patching Up:
If makeup has to be touched up during the day, only powder makeup should be applied, using a brush.Use gentle patting strokes and blot the excess off.

We know the old adage, that the eyes are the windows of the soul. The eyes are the first feature that a person notices on another person's face. A person can tell a great many things just by looking at a person's eyes, things like age, mood and disposition.
Even the simplest and barest of makeup can look smashingly beautiful if the eye makeup is correctly applied.
Eye shadow. The purpose
of wearing eye shadow is to add definition to the eyes. With the correct use of eye shadow, the eyes can open up and have depth in them.
There are different ways of applying eye shadow, depending on the shape of your eye.

Small eyes. Women with small eyes should go easy on the eye shadow, as too much will make the eyes appear even smaller. To make the eyes appear larger, keep the color on the eyelid itself light but put a darker shade on the crease of the eyelid. Then, highlight under the brow.
Large eyes. A woman with large eyes would want to wear dark colors on the eyelid, including the crease. The highlight should be a flat color under the brow.
Deep-set eyes. The outer corners of deep-set eyes should be given emphasis. Light colors should be applied on the eyelid and under the brow, while a medium color on the crease would finish off the look.
Wide-set eyes. Women with wide-set eyes should also use light colors on the eyelid and under the brow and a medium color on the crease. A darker color, however, should be applied to the inner corners of the eye.
Hooded eyes. To make the hooded eyes seem less heavy, light colors can be used on the lid, blended with a darker shade from the center of the eyelid to the outer corners.
Round eyes. Women with round eyes can benefit from using one shade all over the eyelid and making it extend to the outer corners. It will make the eyes appear longer.
Oriental eyes. To open the Oriental eyes, light shadow on the inner half of the lid, a darker shade on the outer half, and a highlighter under the brow will do the trick.
Regardless of the shape of your eyes, avoid very dark shades if you have very light skin. Take it easy with the shimmer because they can highlight the imperfections of the skin that should be hidden. Also, the skin of the eyelids is very thin and delicate, so try not to pull on them too much.
