kebaya, so lovely so elegant

Kebaya is Indonesian traditional cloth. It is sewed dress and has good shape. Kebaya doesn't have collar and could be classified as piece work of art. A kebaya is usually made of brocade or embroidered silk, and usually is somewhat see-through.

Kebaya has been simplified and modified. Formerly, there were not lots of varieties and decorations. Modern Kebayas are combined with Western styles. Therefore you could match this kebaya with jeans, etc. Really cool and comfortable.

Also, there are numerous varieties of materials used to make Kebayas, from ordinary to elegant and shiny materials with lots of beads on it.
Mostly, kebaya is used in formal occasions. Women love to wear it. If you pick the right kebaya, you'll look dazzling instantly. Kebaya could show the curves of your body perfectly. As Indonesian, i'm so proud wearing kebaya.

ultra feminine with floral dress

Anne Hathaway in Notte by Marchesa Black Floral Lace Dress

I always luv floral dress. The material is so light, the color is so bright and could i say colorful? Lol.. But one thing that i luv most from floral dress is the extra girly touch in our look. No matter you have short hair or boyish figure, with floral dress you'll extremely change into feminine!!

You can wear this dress for evening soiree time, beach walking, hangeout in the afternoon, well briefly this dress is just perfect for flaunting your beauty in the sunny day (thanks God, Indonesia is such a tropical country). And in my post now I put some floral dresses which i adore so much. Just enjoy then...

Apenas goce entonces…

The two sides of bejeweled dress

I luv Beyonce and Rachel Weisz, others are just a bit too much for me...

Hi there..
When i was opening my closet, i found my bejeweled green blouse. I wore this only for few times, almost never actually. I don't know why, i just thought that bejeweled clothes are give heavy accent to me. I have petite figure, so maybe i should say nay for all these bejeweled clothes. And plus, i have to keep jewelery to a minimum with a beaded dress as you do not want to look like a Christmas tree. But i'm gonna say nay for the clothes only, because another bejeweled stuff such as clutch, tower heels, tongs, hairband, and other will always okay for me..

Jewel tones are hot right now. Additionally, i’ve noticed a lot of hot accessories being adorned in beautiful and bold gems stones. Well, bejeweled is just a trend that we may love and hate.. Which side are you?

lookin girly with ruffles

Say Hello to ruffles. Ruffles are everywhere now, from skirts, shirts, sexy dress, bla bla bla... I luv ruffles, soo girly one of my favorite outfits. Well, ruffles are one of the strongest fashion trends right now, but no denial, if not put together in just the right way, you can wind up looking like an oldie granny.

Actually, the key to wearing ruffles without appearing overly juvenile or theatrical, yet young and chic is to pair ruffles with something tailored. The contrast of an item that's super feminine, like the ruffle, worn with something tailored, like lean pants or a fitted blazer, is the best way to go to achieve maximum style impact.

You can think of the ruffles as an accent to your outfit and keep the focus to one ruffled element, like a frothy blouse, trim on a coat, a touch of embellishment to a pair of booties, a dash at the hem of a scarf, or a gorgeous cocktail dress. While all the ruffled pieces are adorable, you really only want to wear just one at a time to avoid drowning yourself in too much of a good thing. When you so wear something very bold as a completely tired ruffled dress, try to incorporate some bareness by way of choosing a style that strapless or spaghetti-strapped to show off your figure and minimize the bulk and potential showy, over-the-top element.

Whether it is a ruffly blouse or a ruffled tiered skirt, just remember not to overdo the bling bling. Keep accessories simple and let the ruffles do the talking.

And oh, ruffled dresses add shape and femininity to a petite or boyish figure, but if you are closer to an apple shape (big bust and stomach) then do ruffles in moderation. If you are pear-shaped, then concentrate the ruffles on your top half to draw attention away from your bottom and hips.

This is not a bad thing, i mean ruffles, well, because who doesn't like looking and feeling girly? So, what about you? Do you love ruffles too?

jodphur pants, go and get one!!

When you're looking at your closet to find perfect stuffs that could make you look dazzling, pants can be a great transitional purchase because, although we love our dresses, skirts and shorts, we never really stop wearing pants altogether. Last year the jodhpur had a bit of a moment in the spotlight. This time I think jodphur-style pants, along with numerous variations on the trouser, will be an important trend.

ok, wait a minute, jodphur pants for fashion?? Well, you might think that jodphur pants are only for riding horse. You're not completely wrong, cuz at first jodphur pants were constructed to be worn while riding horse, but this time, these pants are so hot..

Jodphur pants will look perfect with sexy heels or boots. You can mix and max them also with blazer and cute top..

Jodphurs, I must admit are a bit of a mystery to me. They look so good on others (especially the runway models, hello with their Bambi legs, all stuffs will look good on them) but on me…hmm, not so much.
