Choose a nail color for the actual flower and make several dabs around the first dab you made. You have now created a flower. Do this with each nail. Creating flowers to the side of the nail look more professional. You do have one more option. Using a toothpick or a thin nail art brush, fill in a circle for the center of the flower. Then draw small circles or ovals around it to create a flower. You do not have to fill in the circles with nail color. You can simply draw a center and have a bunch of small lines emanating from a central point. With this method, you only have to use one color, instead of two, to create your flowers. It is your preference.
